About the Company & Graduate Programme
Unilever is a global powerhouse of purpose-led brands, with a UK footprint that touches millions of lives every single day. From Dove and Hellmann’s to Ben & Jerry’s and Seventh Generation, our products are ubiquitous, but our true innovation lies in the complexity and sustainability of our supply chain. We are committed to a carbon-neutral future, and our graduate cohort plays a pivotal role in engineering the next generation of logistics technology to reduce waste, optimise energy efficiency, and manage intricate global distribution networks.
This graduate intake is a strategic initiative to cultivate future leaders who can navigate the intersection of digital transformation and operational excellence. As a participant in this scheme, you will be embedded in a culture of constant curiosity and 'un-corporate' thinking. We pride ourselves on being an early-careers employer of choice, providing an environment where high-impact projects are not reserved for seniors, but are central to the development of our graduates. You will be challenged to solve real-world problems that directly influence our sustainability goals and operational profitability.
