HSBC is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations, serving more than 40 million customers globally. With our headquarters in London, we sit at the heart of the global financial ecosystem, connecting individuals and businesses with the capital they need to thrive. Our UK footprint is extensive, and we are committed to fostering the next generation of financial leaders through our industry-leading Graduate Programmes. Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month graduate programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-finance practice. During your time with us, you will undertake rotational placements, each providing a unique perspective on how HSBC facilitates global trade and investment. These rotations ensure that you gain a holistic view of the business, enabling you to build a broad network and discover which area of banking aligns best with your professional strengths and long-term career aspirations.
Beyond technical on-the-job training, we invest heavily in your professional development. Graduates are actively encouraged and financially supported to pursue globally recognised professional qualifications, such as the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or other industry-specific certifications. You will be paired with a dedicated 'buddy' from a previous intake and a senior mentor from the leadership team, ensuring you have constant support, career guidance, and a safe space to discuss your professional development milestones.
