As we continue to evolve our digital footprint, our commitment to innovation and data-led decision-making is at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that the future of banking lies in the seamless integration of technology and customer-centric design, which is why our graduate intake is pivotal to maintaining our competitive edge. Our culture is one of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement, where every colleague is empowered to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.

We provide a supportive environment that values diversity of thought and encourages you to bring your authentic self to work every day. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in three 8-month rotations across diverse departments, including Fraud Analytics, Customer Insight, and Digital Platform Engineering.
  • Utilise Python, SQL, and Tableau to translate raw data into actionable insights for senior executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to design and deploy scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Contribute to the development of Machine Learning models to enhance our digital banking security and fraud detection capabilities.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making and product development cycles.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
  • Participate in regular technical workshops and internal data hackathons to sharpen your problem-solving skills.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • A minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) in a STEM, Economics, Business, or Social Science discipline.
  • A genuine passion for data, technology, and the evolving digital banking ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive team player who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced project environments.
  • Agile learner who is comfortable working with ambiguity and embraces a test-and-learn approach.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK without restriction (please note we are able to provide visa sponsorship for this programme).

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Your 24-month journey is structured to provide both breadth and depth. Each rotation offers hands-on experience in different facets of our business, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of how data powers a global bank. You will be supported by a structured curriculum that includes formal professional qualifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, SAS certifications, or bespoke data science training modules. We believe in learning by doing, backed by rigorous theoretical underpinning.

Beyond the technical training, we place a high value on personal development. Upon joining, you will be paired with a dedicated 'buddy'—a former graduate who can help you navigate your first few months—and a senior mentor who will provide long-term career guidance. You will have access to our internal leadership development programmes and networking opportunities with senior executives, ensuring you have the support system and visibility required to accelerate your career progression within the bank.
