Join Revolut's 24-month Global Operations Graduate Programme to solve complex, real-world fintech challenges in a high-growth environment. This scheme offers structured rotations, senior mentorship, and rapid professional development for graduates with a 2:1 or above.

About the Company & Graduate Programme

Revolut is a global financial super-app with a mission to build a fair and frictionless platform to use and manage money around the world. Since our inception in 2015, we have grown from a disruptive fintech startup into a global financial powerhouse with over 40 million retail customers. Our London headquarters serves as the hub of our innovation, where teams work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment that challenges the status quo of traditional banking.

Our Graduate Programme is the primary talent pipeline for our future leadership. We don’t believe in bureaucratic hurdles; we believe in impact. As a Graduate Analyst, you will be embedded into our core business units from day one, tasked with solving real-world problems that affect millions of users. This programme is designed for graduates who possess the 'Revolut DNA'—relentless drive, analytical rigour, and the ability to execute with speed and precision.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to launch new features in global markets, ensuring operational readiness and scalability.
  • Utilise SQL, Python, and Looker to extract actionable insights from complex datasets to drive business strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end operational projects, from conceptualisation and requirement gathering to final execution and impact analysis.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to present data-backed recommendations that optimize our customer service efficiency and financial margins.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Participate in crisis management scenarios, developing agile solutions to unforeseen market or platform challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal compliance and risk teams to ensure our operational processes meet stringent regulatory standards across international jurisdictions.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline; however, a strong quantitative background (STEM, Economics, Finance) is highly advantageous.
  • Proven analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business problems into logical, manageable components.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability; you must thrive in high-pressure environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis; a foundational understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required, and proficiency in SQL is a significant plus.
  • Collaborative spirit with a 'no-ego' attitude, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a global, multicultural team.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without restriction, or be eligible under the Graduate Route visa, as Revolut offers limited sponsorship for this programme.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Our 24-month programme comprises three 8-month rotations across key operational departments, including Payments, Fraud, Lending, and Customer Support. This structure ensures you develop a holistic understanding of how a global fintech operates. You will move through different areas of the business, allowing you to identify your strengths and tailor your career path toward your preferred specialism by the end of the second year.

You will be assigned a 'Buddy' upon your first day to help you navigate our culture, alongside a Senior Mentor from the leadership team who will provide quarterly career coaching sessions. We encourage professional development through certification support, including funding for AWS Cloud Practitioner, CFA Level 1, or Project Management Professional (PMP) qualifications if relevant to your current rotation and career trajectory.

Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package

  • Competitive Base Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
  • Performance-based annual bonus scheme linked to individual and company targets.
  • Generous pension scheme with employer contribution matching.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, with an option to purchase additional days.
  • Private health and dental insurance, plus a comprehensive wellbeing package (including Headspace and EAP).
  • Hybrid working allowance for home office equipment and flexible working arrangements.
  • Relocation support for candidates moving to London from outside the region.
