About the Company & Graduate Programme
Revolut is a global financial powerhouse, redefining the way the world handles money. Since our inception, we have grown into one of the most valuable and fastest-growing fintech companies in history, serving over 40 million customers worldwide. Our London headquarters serves as the heartbeat of our international operations, where innovation, speed, and ownership are not just encouraged—they are fundamental to our DNA. We operate at the intersection of finance and software engineering, creating a fast-paced environment where traditional banking structures are replaced by agile, cross-functional squads.
Our Graduate Programme is designed for high-performers who are eager to disrupt the status quo. You will be joining a culture that rejects hierarchy in favour of impact, working alongside some of the brightest minds in tech and finance. This intake is pivotal to our expansion, as we look to scale our product offerings and enter new markets. We are not looking for followers; we are looking for future leaders to help us achieve our mission of building the first truly global financial super-app. You will be immersed in real-world challenges from day one, gaining unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and high-stakes decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift daily.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Looker) is a significant advantage.
- Evidence of leadership or high-impact involvement in extracurricular activities, societies, or internships.
- Must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme (we provide Tier 2/Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for exceptional international talent).
