The Revolut Graduate Operations Programme is pivotal to our mission of scaling the fintech revolution. As a graduate, you will be embedded within cross-functional squads tasked with solving the most complex challenges in payments, crypto, lending, and customer experience. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions to streamline business processes.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python, and Looker to derive actionable insights that inform product and strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Compliance, and Engineering teams to launch new features and financial products in diverse global markets.
- Perform rigorous root-cause analysis on live service issues, ensuring rapid resolution and long-term process improvements to safeguard our customer experience.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple regions, ensuring global consistency in operational standards and local regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the optimisation of cost structures, focusing on high-impact areas like payment processing fees, FX pricing, and customer support efficiency.
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report operational health to executive leadership.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- An undergraduate or master’s degree in any discipline; STEM, Economics, Finance, or Business backgrounds are preferred but not exclusive.
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 or above (or equivalent international qualification).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, logical business recommendations.
- A 'get things done' attitude with high resilience and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, whether through university research, previous internships, or extracurricular projects.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme (Revolut is a registered sponsor and will support visa applications for exceptional candidates).
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month programme is structured around four 6-month rotational placements across various operational departments, including Payments, Retail Banking, Credit, and Business Growth. This approach ensures you gain a holistic view of the fintech ecosystem, understanding not just the 'what' of our product, but the technical and regulatory 'how' that underpins our success. You will receive structured training on internal tools, fintech regulation, and advanced data analytics, ensuring you are equipped to make a significant impact from day one.
Beyond technical training, we place a heavy emphasis on personal and leadership development. Every graduate is paired with a dedicated 'buddy'—a former graduate who knows the ropes—and a senior mentor from the Leadership team who provides career coaching and strategic guidance. You will also have access to our internal Learning & Development platform, featuring modules on leadership, financial modelling, and product management, with opportunities to pursue certifications in cloud computing (AWS) or professional financial qualifications if relevant to your chosen rotation.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Competitive base salary of £38,000 per annum.
