Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our structured 24-month programme is broken down into three 8-month rotations, designed to expose you to different facets of the Supply Chain lifecycle. From the factory floor to the digital planning rooms, you will gain technical mastery and business acumen. We believe in continuous learning, and you will be fully supported in pursuing relevant professional qualifications, such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), Prince2, or specific cloud infrastructure certifications (AWS/Azure) depending on your rotation track.
Support is the cornerstone of our programme. You will be paired with a 'Buddy'—a recent graduate who has successfully navigated their first year—and a Senior Mentor, typically a leader within our Supply Chain division, to guide your long-term career trajectory. Regular 'check-in' sessions, leadership masterclasses, and networking events across our London office locations ensure you build a robust internal network and are well-equipped to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion of the scheme.
