Our Graduate Technology Analyst programme is pivotal to our ongoing digital strategy. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Participate in three distinct 8-month rotations across different technology verticals, including Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Software Development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy robust software solutions that enhance user experience for millions of global customers.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical specifications and project roadmaps.
- Utilize modern software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
- Work on live projects involving cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), API development, and data migration, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.
- Automate repetitive operational processes through scripting (Python/Shell) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible) to drive efficiency.
- Participate in community outreach and 'hackathons' to experiment with emerging technologies like Machine Learning and Quantum Computing.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Open to all degree disciplines, though a strong interest in technology and logical problem-solving is essential.
- Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any subject, with a strong preference for STEM, Economics, or Finance backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams to solve complex, multi-faceted problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with a passion for learning new programming languages and technical frameworks quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the capability to manage shifting priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Your 24-month journey is structured to ensure comprehensive professional development. Upon joining, you will undergo an intensive foundational training academy that covers technical skills, business acumen, and soft-skills development. As you move through your rotations, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility, supported by a structured feedback mechanism that ensures you are continuously growing your professional toolkit.
To ensure your success, you will be paired with an experienced 'buddy'—a former graduate who can help you navigate your first few months—as well as a senior mentor from the business who will provide strategic guidance on your career path. We also provide full sponsorship and study leave for relevant professional certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CFA modules, or PRINCE2, depending on your rotational stream.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Competitive base salary of £38,000 per annum.
- Annual performance-based bonus scheme, typically ranging from 5-10% of base salary.
