Our Graduate Technology Analyst Programme is a cornerstone of our early careers strategy, designed to identify and nurture the next generation of digital leaders. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Participate in three distinct 8-month rotations across diverse departments, including Cloud Services, Network Operations, and Enterprise Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, using agile methodologies to deliver project milestones.
- Gain hands-on experience with modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) to optimise network traffic and enhance service delivery.
- Support the deployment of internal automation scripts and Python-based tools to streamline legacy network processes.
- Conduct data-driven analysis of network performance metrics to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for infrastructure investment.
- Engage with cybersecurity frameworks to assist in the mitigation of digital threats and ensure compliance with UK telecommunications regulations.
- Present project findings and technical recommendations to senior management, honing your ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- An undergraduate or master’s degree in any STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics) or a Business-related field with a strong interest in technology.
- A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree classification (or equivalent) in any subject area.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong team-working skills, demonstrated through university societies, sports, or extracurricular projects.
- A genuine passion for telecommunications and the drive to contribute to the UK’s digital future.
- Right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship, or eligibility for the Graduate Route visa.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and commercial business units.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Your 24-month journey is structured to provide a comprehensive view of our technology stack. During your rotations, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of genuine project work, ensuring you develop both your soft skills and technical expertise. We pride ourselves on offering a robust support network; every graduate is assigned a ‘buddy’ from the previous cohort and a senior mentor from the business to guide your career progression and professional development.
Beyond hands-on experience, you will be supported in pursuing formal professional qualifications relevant to your rotation. Whether you are aiming for AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, or project management certifications like Prince2, we provide the budget and the study time to help you achieve your goals. Our commitment to your growth means that by the end of the programme, you will have a clear trajectory towards a permanent senior analyst or management position.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Competitive Base Salary: £35,000 per annum.
