With a massive footprint across the UK, our influence spans audit, consulting, and risk advisory, providing unparalleled solutions to the world's most complex business challenges. We pride ourselves on a culture of innovation where diversity of thought is not just welcomed but expected to drive transformative change for our clients.

Our graduate intake is pivotal to our future growth strategy, as we invest heavily in the next generation of consultants. This programme is designed for ambitious individuals who want to tackle high-stakes digital transformations. You will be immersed in a collaborative environment that balances professional autonomy with structured support, ensuring you develop both the technical acumen and the strategic mindset required to lead in a fast-paced corporate landscape.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-led business transformation projects for Tier-1 clients.
  • Assist in the analysis of complex client data sets using advanced analytics tools and platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
  • Support senior stakeholders in preparing impactful presentations, business cases, and project progress reports.
  • Engage in client meetings, capturing essential insights and contributing to the design of agile operational solutions.
  • Utilise cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to architect scalable, secure, and future-proof business solutions.
  • Contribute to internal innovation initiatives, including R&D projects exploring AI, machine learning, and emerging automation trends.
  • Manage individual workstreams within larger engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and alignment with project goals.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • Must hold or be on track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with a preference for STEM, Business, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving in ambiguous and complex business environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams to achieve collective objectives.
  • Ability to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive, continuous-learning approach to professional development.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme (we provide comprehensive visa sponsorship where eligible under the Skilled Worker route).
  • A high level of digital literacy and an interest in the societal impact of technological innovation.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Our structured 24-month programme ensures you rotate across different technology practice areas, allowing you to gain breadth of experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, or Life Sciences. You will be fully supported as you pursue prestigious professional qualifications such as CEng, CIMA, or cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), all fully funded by Deloitte.

Beyond formal training, you will be paired with a dedicated 'Buddy' from day one—a graduate from the previous cohort who will help you settle into life at the firm. Additionally, you will have access to a Senior Mentor within the leadership team who will provide career coaching, networking opportunities, and guidance on navigating the internal landscape to maximise your long-term potential.
