Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
The programme spans 24 months, structured into three distinct 8-month rotations across different areas of the Technology and Data business. This ensures you gain a holistic understanding of how data flows through a major bank, from retail customer interaction to core infrastructure. You will have access to a bespoke learning portal, including funded certifications in AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Professional, or advanced coding bootcamps to ensure your skills remain competitive.
To ensure your success, every graduate is paired with a dedicated 'Buddy'—usually a graduate from the previous year—and a senior mentor from the Leadership team. Your mentor will provide guidance on long-term career mapping, networking across the bank, and navigating our internal corporate culture. Quarterly reviews ensure you are meeting your personal development goals while receiving consistent feedback on your contributions to the firm.
