Join PwC UK's prestigious 24-month Technology Consulting graduate programme to lead digital transformation for global clients. Benefit from a structured rotational path, professional certification sponsorship, and a clear trajectory toward becoming a future technology leader.

About the Company & Graduate Programme

PwC UK is at the forefront of digital transformation, operating as a multi-disciplinary powerhouse that advises the world’s most influential organisations. Our Technology Consulting practice is integral to this mission, helping clients navigate complex digital landscapes, from cloud migration and data analytics to cyber security and AI strategy. As a graduate in this practice, you are joining an environment where innovation meets impact, working alongside industry experts to solve the most pressing challenges of the modern era.

This graduate programme is pivotal to our future, as we seek to build a diverse pipeline of digital leaders who can bridge the gap between complex technical systems and human-centric business strategy. You will be immersed in a culture that prioritises continuous learning, inclusion, and the ethical application of technology, ensuring you have the foundation to thrive in a high-stakes, client-facing professional services environment.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes for FTSE 100 clients.
  • Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable business insights, using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to improve client operational efficiency.
  • Support the cyber security team in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability scanning to safeguard client information assets.
  • Draft and present technical documentation and progress reports to senior stakeholders, including CIOs and IT Directors.
  • Engage in user-experience (UX) research and agile development sprints to iterate on bespoke software solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in Financial Services and the Public Sector.
  • Participate in business development activities, including drafting proposal responses and identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • Open to all degree disciplines, though a background in STEM, Business, Economics, or Computer Science is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any subject area; final year students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable, logical components.
  • Strong team-working skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical audiences clearly.
  • A keen interest in digital disruption, emerging technologies, and the impact of technology on global markets.
  • Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme (we provide support for visa sponsorship where eligible).
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Our 24-month programme is designed to expose you to a variety of sectors through two distinct 12-month rotations. During these placements, you will experience the full project lifecycle, from initial strategy conception to final delivery. This diversity of experience ensures you build a well-rounded skill set, allowing you to discover where your true strengths lie within the consulting spectrum.

Your professional development is our priority. You will be fully supported in pursuing relevant industry-recognised certifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, or PRINCE2. Additionally, you will be paired with an experienced 'Buddy' for informal support and a dedicated senior 'Career Coach' who will provide guidance on your long-term progression, career planning, and performance goals within the firm.
