Join PwC UK's Technology Consulting Graduate Scheme in London for a dynamic 24-month journey. Gain expert mentorship, earn professional certifications, and drive digital transformation for global clients.

About the Company & Graduate Programme

PwC UK is a global leader in professional services, standing at the forefront of digital transformation and strategic consulting. Operating from our flagship London offices, we help the world's most influential organisations navigate complex technology landscapes, from implementing cloud-native infrastructure to architecting robust cybersecurity frameworks. Our UK firm is driven by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and human-led, tech-powered solutions that define the future of business.

Our Graduate Programme is the cornerstone of our talent strategy. We view our graduates not as trainees, but as future leaders and subject matter experts. This programme is designed to challenge you from day one, providing a platform to work on high-impact projects that define industry standards. As the technology sector continues to evolve rapidly, your role in this intake is pivotal to maintaining our market edge and driving the digital agenda for our clients.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement bespoke technology solutions that solve real-world client business problems.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and stakeholder analysis to solution design and final implementation.
  • Gain hands-on experience in modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, or specialize in Cybersecurity threat intelligence.
  • Support senior consultants in delivering complex data analytics, AI integration, or business process automation workflows.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders through workshops, progress meetings, and project delivery updates to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilise industry-leading methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices, to drive efficient and scalable software delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, analytical reports, and executive presentations to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to internal firm initiatives, innovation labs, and continuous improvement projects to enhance our consulting service delivery models.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • Applicants from any academic discipline are welcome; we value diverse perspectives, though a strong interest in technology is essential.
  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree classification (achieved or predicted) in any subject, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable, logical components.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with a proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • A natural curiosity for emerging technologies and a drive for continuous professional development and personal growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness, showing an understanding of how technology influences business performance in the modern economy.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis. (We offer sponsorship for the Graduate Route visa for eligible international candidates).
  • A resilient attitude and the ability to adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining a high quality of output.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Over your 18 to 24-month programme, you will undertake two or three varied rotational placements. These placements expose you to different facets of our Technology Consulting practice, such as Cloud Transformation, Data & Analytics, or Cyber Security, allowing you to build a broad skill set. Alongside practical rotations, we invest heavily in your professional growth through formal qualification support, including paths to attain industry-recognised certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or professional accounting/consulting qualifications where applicable.

Support is a central pillar of your journey. Upon joining, you will be paired with a dedicated 'buddy'—a former graduate who can help you navigate firm culture—and a senior mentor who provides strategic career advice and helps you set long-term professional objectives. You will also have access to our digital learning academy, offering thousands of courses to keep your skills at the cutting edge of global industry trends.

Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package

  • Competitive base salary: £34,000 to £36,000 per annum, reviewable based on performance.
  • Annual performance-related bonus scheme, reflecting your contribution to firm success.
  • Generous pension scheme: PwC provides a significant employer contribution match.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus the option to purchase additional days.
