What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital transformation strategies for FTSE 100 clients.
- Assist in the analysis of client data architectures to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the delivery of cybersecurity assessments, including vulnerability scanning and threat modelling using industry-standard frameworks.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to present technical findings and translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Utilise modern tools such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Tableau for data visualisation and cloud-native application development.
- Assist in the project management lifecycle, from initial client discovery sessions to post-implementation review and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, participating in internal 'Innovation Labs' to prototype solutions for real-world client challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal consulting methodologies through shared learning and knowledge management.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline; STEM subjects are welcomed, but we value a diverse range of analytical backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically in ambiguous environments.
- A proactive team player who thrives in collaborative settings and adapts quickly to new project requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- An interest in technology and its application in solving business challenges (technical experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- Evidence of leadership or impact through extra-curricular activities, internships, or academic research.
- Right to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the programme (or qualifying for the Graduate Route visa).
- Passion for continuous professional development and a desire to attain professional certifications.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month structured graduate programme is designed to provide you with breadth and depth. You will complete three distinct 8-month rotations across different areas of Technology Consulting, such as Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Cloud Transformation. This rotational approach ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of how digital strategy links to broader business goals while helping you identify your niche area of specialisation.
We prioritise your growth through formal professional qualifications. Depending on your stream, you will work towards industry-recognised certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or CIMA/ACCA. To support your journey, you will be paired with a dedicated 'Buddy' from the previous year's intake to help with day-to-day queries, and a Senior Mentor who will provide long-term career guidance, performance coaching, and networking opportunities within the wider firm.
