About the Company & Graduate Programme
GSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together. With a deep-rooted presence in the UK, we are pioneers in immunology, human genetics, and advanced technologies, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in modern medicine. Our culture is defined by our values of ambition, accountability, and integrity, ensuring that every employee—especially those at the start of their careers—feels empowered to challenge the status quo and contribute to life-changing innovations.
Our Graduate Programme is the bedrock of our future talent strategy. We view our graduates not as entry-level support, but as the next generation of leadership capable of steering our digital transformation. By joining this programme, you will become an integral part of high-stakes, cross-functional teams that are digitising our R&D pipeline, optimising our global supply chains, and leveraging big data to predict health outcomes. This is a pivotal role for those who are passionate about the intersection of advanced technology and human healthcare.

- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to manage large datasets and contribute to the deployment of enterprise-grade analytical tools.
- Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to influence departmental strategy and operational efficiencies.
- Lead small-scale projects focused on automating internal reporting processes, directly impacting team productivity and decision-making speed.

- Candidates should hold or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree or higher in STEM subjects (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or Business-related fields with a heavy analytical component.

- Strong collaborative skills, showing evidence of working effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex technical findings for non-technical leadership audiences.

- Proactive attitude toward self-learning, with a hunger to master new software tools and methodologies throughout your rotations.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Over your 24-month tenure, you will undergo a structured rotation programme designed to provide a 360-degree view of GSK’s digital ecosystem. Each rotation is tailored to your specific development needs, allowing you to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-impact industry practice. We offer a comprehensive suite of formal training modules, and we encourage and fully fund the attainment of professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist, or PRINCE2.
Beyond technical training, we place a heavy emphasis on personal development. Every graduate is paired with a dedicated 'buddy'—a former graduate who knows the ropes—and a senior mentor from our leadership team. This pairing ensures you have both informal guidance on day-to-day office life and high-level coaching on your career progression. You will also have access to internal networking platforms and leadership forums, fostering a sense of community that supports you well beyond the duration of your scheme.
