About the Company & Graduate Programme
BP is undergoing a profound transformation, moving from an international oil company to an integrated energy company. Based in our state-of-the-art London headquarters, this programme offers graduates a front-row seat to the global energy transition. You will join a diverse cohort of innovators tasked with solving the trilemma of energy security, affordability, and sustainability, leveraging our massive global reach in trading and renewables. Our culture is one of relentless innovation, where collaborative problem-solving is the standard and technological disruption is embraced at every level of our operations.

This intake is pivotal to our 2030 strategy, as we aggressively expand our low-carbon energy trading portfolios and digital supply chain capabilities. You will not be an observer; you will be an active contributor to the systems that manage the world's most critical energy assets.
