Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month structured programme consists of three distinct 8-month rotations, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end supply chain. From manufacturing sites to strategic central operations in London, you will experience diverse facets of the business, allowing you to build a broad network and a versatile skill set. We provide formal support for professional qualifications, including funding and study time for APICS (CSCP) certifications or CIPS accreditation, depending on your rotational focus.
Support is the cornerstone of your journey. You will be assigned a 'buddy'—a former graduate who can help you navigate the early weeks—and a senior mentor who is a leader within the business.
