About the Company & Graduate Programme

Revolut is the global financial super-app that is rewriting the rules of banking, payments, and wealth management. With a presence in over 30 countries and a rapidly growing customer base, we are on a mission to build a borderless economy. Our culture is defined by 'Get it Done' and a relentless pursuit of innovation; we move fast, challenge the status quo, and empower our teams to own their impact from day one. By joining our London-based Global Operations team, you will be at the epicentre of a business that is fundamentally changing how the world manages money.

This graduate programme is pivotal to our expansion strategy. We view our graduates not as trainees, but as future leaders who will drive efficiency and innovation across our product verticals. Over the course of 24 months, you will be embedded into cross-functional teams, solving some of our most complex operational challenges. You will receive unparalleled exposure to senior management and be expected to contribute to high-impact projects that directly influence our global scaling efforts. If you thrive in an environment where speed meets scale, this is your platform to grow.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to roll out new features and product iterations across UK and European markets.
  • Utilize data visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Python to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user engagement metrics across the Revolut app.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to present project findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with the Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all operational changes meet rigorous regulatory and safety standards.
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, applying Agile methodology to deliver projects on tight deadlines.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to maintain service quality and cost-efficiency within your designated product area.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline; STEM, Economics, Finance, or Business backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical capability with a proven ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems with data-driven evidence.
  • A high 'get it done' attitude with a proven track record of self-starting and thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercial language for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable evidence of leadership, extracurricular excellence, or entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proficiency in SQL or coding (Python/R) is highly desirable, as is a strong interest in the fintech landscape.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. We provide visa sponsorship for exceptional international graduates through the Skilled Worker route.
  • A growth mindset; you are someone who constantly seeks feedback and thrives on continuous self-improvement.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Our 24-month programme is designed to provide you with a holistic view of the fintech ecosystem through three 8-month rotational placements. You might spend time in Payment Operations, Credit, or Crypto, ensuring you develop a versatile toolkit that balances commercial strategy with technical execution. Beyond rotational training, we support your professional development through an annual learning budget and access to industry-recognized certifications relevant to your chosen path, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or specialized Financial Risk Management courses.

Every graduate is paired with a dedicated senior mentor from our leadership team and a 'buddy'—a former graduate who can help you navigate the nuances of Revolut culture. We host monthly 'Masterclass' sessions where you will hear directly from our C-suite executives, covering topics from business strategy to product design. We pride ourselves on a flat-hierarchy culture that facilitates direct learning from our founders and heads of departments, ensuring you have the mentorship required to fast-track your career progression.

Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package

  • Competitive base salary of £40,000 per annum.
  • Annual performance-based bonus scheme, typically ranging from 5% to 15% of your base salary.
  • Generous company pension contribution matching up to 7%.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus all UK bank holidays, and the option for a 'work from anywhere' month.
  • Private healthcare scheme and comprehensive mental health support through our wellness partners.
  • Hybrid working model with a monthly stipend for your home office setup.
  • Relocation assistance for candidates moving to London.
  • Regular team-building events, global retreats, and access to premium gym memberships.
