Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Your 24-month journey is structured to provide broad exposure across our technology ecosystem. During the first six months, you will undergo an intensive bootcamp focused on AWS core services and internal engineering paradigms. Following this, you will rotate through three distinct departments, allowing you to gain deep-dive expertise in different architectural layers, from hardware and networking to high-level cloud application services.
Learning at Amazon is continuous. You will be paired with a dedicated 'buddy' for informal support and a senior technical mentor to guide your long-term career progression. We provide full funding and study time for industry-recognised certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. Furthermore, you will have access to internal leadership training and our proprietary learning management systems, ensuring you gain both the technical and 'soft' leadership skills required for a future management or senior principal engineer position.
