About the Company & Graduate Programme
Revolut is the global financial super-app that is redefining how the world handles money. Since our inception in London in 2015, we have grown from a disruptive fintech startup into a global powerhouse, serving over 40 million customers across more than 35 countries. Our culture is defined by relentless speed, high ownership, and the 'Get It Done' mentality. We are not just a bank; we are a technology-first ecosystem, and our graduate programme is the primary engine for cultivating our future leadership.
This intake is pivotal to our expansion strategy. As we scale our product suite—ranging from crypto and stock trading to business accounts and insurance—we require ambitious graduates who can navigate complex operational challenges. You will be placed at the heart of our operations, influencing product launches and local market strategies. If you possess the agility to thrive in a high-pressure, data-driven environment, this programme offers an unparalleled platform to disrupt the traditional financial landscape alongside industry veterans.
What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of operational workstreams, from ideation and process mapping to technical implementation and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and legal teams to drive product launches across multiple international markets.
- Analyse large datasets using SQL and Python to identify inefficiencies in user onboarding, payment processing, or fraud detection systems.
- Directly engage with senior stakeholders and country managers to present performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and financial partners to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Automate manual processes using internal tools and low-code solutions to improve customer experience and reduce operational costs.
- Spearhead high-impact projects that directly affect the daily financial lives of millions of users, iterating based on real-time feedback loops.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates must hold or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline; STEM, Economics, or Business-related degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to process information quickly and draw actionable conclusions.
- A 'first-principles' thinker who is comfortable questioning the status quo and thrives in an environment with high ambiguity.
- Demonstrable extracurricular leadership experience, whether through societies, sports, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable for our global market expansion.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, or be eligible for the Graduate Route visa for the duration of the programme.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month structured graduate programme consists of three 8-month rotations across our core operational verticals—Retail, Business, Compliance, and Expansion. This rotational structure ensures you develop a holistic understanding of our business model. You will not be confined to a single desk; you will move where the business is growing fastest, gaining direct exposure to our global strategy. We prioritize practical learning, but we also support formal professional development, offering pathways toward industry-recognised certifications including AWS Cloud Practitioner, CFA, or PRINCE2, depending on your rotational stream.
Mentorship is the cornerstone of your development. Upon joining, you will be paired with a senior mentor who has been at Revolut for at least three years, providing you with high-level career guidance. Additionally, you will have a 'buddy' from a previous graduate cohort to help you navigate our internal tools, networking, and social scene. Regular 360-degree feedback sessions and quarterly 'Career Conversations' ensure you are hitting your growth targets while identifying new areas of interest.
