What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional projects across Product, Operations, and Compliance to improve user experience and streamline internal workflows.
- Analyse large datasets using SQL and Python to identify inefficiencies in our current operational processes and propose scalable solutions.
- Manage end-to-end launch cycles for new geographical markets or product features, ensuring local regulatory alignment and service excellence.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to present business cases and performance updates on key operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to automate manual tasks and integrate modern API solutions into daily operations.
- Monitor fraud detection and risk management systems to ensure the highest security standards for our global user base.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends in fintech and potential areas for product expansion.
- Lead tactical initiatives to improve customer support response times and overall user retention metrics.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Hold or be predicted to receive a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline; STEM and quantitative backgrounds are highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a proven track record of solving complex problems in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage given our global reach.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for disrupting the traditional financial services sector.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of ownership, moving from ideation to execution with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must hold the legal right to work in the UK; Revolut is able to provide sponsorship for the Skilled Worker visa for exceptional candidates.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Over the course of your 24-month journey, you will undertake four distinct 6-month rotations across our core business pillars, such as Retail, Business, Fraud, and Treasury. This rotational model ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of the fintech value chain, moving from front-line operations to strategic product design. You will be provided with a tailored training budget for professional certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, SQL advanced certifications, or CFA modules, depending on your chosen path.
Support is integral to your success. Upon joining, you will be paired with a 'Buddy'—a graduate from the previous cohort—to help you navigate the company culture. Furthermore, you will be assigned a senior mentor from our leadership team who will hold regular career coaching sessions. These relationships ensure you are constantly challenged and supported as you transition from a graduate to a core contributor within the business.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Competitive base salary of £38,000 to £42,000 per annum.
