What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end operational projects that directly impact Revolut's global KPIs and growth metrics.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify inefficiencies in product performance and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Compliance teams to launch new features in local and international markets.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations by providing regular, data-backed reports on project status, risks, and ROI.
- Optimize operational workflows to reduce overhead costs while increasing the quality of service for our 40m+ users.
- Engage in cross-functional rotations including Retail Banking, Crypto Operations, Business Accounts, and Global Expansion.
- Utilize internal proprietary tools to automate manual processes and contribute to our 'automation-first' engineering culture.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Academic Excellence: Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, though STEM, Economics, or Finance backgrounds are preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and clear insights.
- Problem-Solving: A relentless drive to tackle ambiguity and solve problems from first principles without a playbook.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
This 18-month programme is structured into three six-month rotational placements across diverse business units. Each rotation provides exposure to a different aspect of our global operations, ensuring you build a holistic understanding of how Revolut functions as a unified entity. From day one, you are encouraged to take on responsibilities that would typically take years to reach in traditional banking institutions, ensuring rapid professional and personal growth.
Beyond technical exposure, we provide a robust support framework. Every graduate is paired with a Senior Mentor—usually a department head—who provides career guidance and navigates the challenges of a rapidly scaling company. You will also have access to our internal Revolut Academy, featuring masterclasses on SQL, Python, business strategy, and leadership. We also support relevant professional qualifications and certifications that align with your rotational goals, such as AWS certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) training, or CFA level support.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Base Salary: Competitive £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, reviewable based on performance.
