About the Company & Graduate Programme
Revolut is the global financial super-app that is redefining how the world handles money. Since our inception in London, we have grown into a multi-billion-dollar fintech powerhouse, providing banking, investing, and lifestyle services to millions of customers across the globe. Our culture is defined by 'getting things done,' embracing radical transparency, and maintaining a high-performance environment where meritocracy is not just a buzzword, but the foundation of our daily operations. We operate at the intersection of finance and cutting-edge technology, constantly shipping products that traditional banks spend years developing.
Our Graduate Programme is designed for the brightest minds who are not afraid of rapid change and heavy responsibility. As a Graduate Operations Analyst, you are not just a trainee; you are an essential contributor to our scaling efforts. You will be placed at the heart of our operations, tasked with identifying inefficiencies, building scalable processes, and launching features that impact users in diverse markets. This intake is pivotal to our mission of building a borderless, global financial system, and we are looking for future leaders who are ready to own their work from day one.
What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine user journeys and improve automated support flows.
- Manage high-stakes projects, from market expansion strategies to regulatory compliance implementation, ensuring milestones are met with precision.
- Perform rigorous root-cause analysis on live production incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to present quarterly performance metrics and influence high-level business strategy.
- Automate manual operational workflows using internal tools, contributing directly to the firm’s efficiency and margin growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time, adjusting resource allocation dynamically to ensure optimal service levels.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- A degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business from a top-tier institution (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree classification (or international equivalent).
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a natural aptitude for breaking down complex problems into actionable components.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL proficiency is highly desired; Python/R is a plus).
- Demonstrable experience working in high-pressure environments, such as internships or competitive university societies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must possess the right to work in the UK; Revolut is happy to provide visa sponsorship for exceptional international candidates under the Graduate Route.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month structured programme consists of four six-month rotations across diverse functions, including Payments, Fraud & Risk, Localisation, and Customer Operations. This breadth ensures that you gain a comprehensive understanding of the fintech ecosystem, learning how different business units interact to deliver a seamless user experience. You will be expected to transition quickly between teams, bringing a fresh, data-driven perspective to every department you join.
Learning at Revolut is largely experiential, but we also provide formal support. You will be paired with a senior mentor—typically a Lead or Head of Department—who will guide your career trajectory and provide candid feedback. Additionally, you will have access to a dedicated 'buddy' from a previous graduate cohort to help you navigate our unique culture. We support professional development through internal certification programmes, including AWS cloud training and proprietary product management workshops, ensuring you have the technical toolkit to succeed in a modern fintech environment.
