About the Company & Graduate Programme
Revolut is the global financial super-app that is redefining the future of money. Founded in London, we have rapidly scaled to support over 40 million customers worldwide, disrupting traditional banking models through unparalleled innovation, agility, and a product-first culture. Our UK headquarters serves as the engine room for our global strategy, where our teams leverage cutting-edge technology to launch products that empower users to manage, invest, and spend their money across borders seamlessly. We are a company that values speed, ownership, and the ability to challenge the status quo, making us the premier destination for ambitious graduates who want to make a tangible impact from day one.
Our Graduate Operations Programme is specifically designed for high-potential individuals who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. We are looking for our future leaders who will help us maintain our growth trajectory, optimize our internal systems, and solve complex financial challenges. This intake is pivotal to our expansion, as we entrust our graduates with real-world problems that directly influence our service quality and global market penetration. You won’t be just a shadow in the office; you will be an integrated team member, responsible for driving operational excellence and shaping the Revolut of tomorrow.
What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of specific operational workstreams, such as scaling customer support frameworks or improving fraud detection workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to implement scalable solutions for new market launches.
- Utilise SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to conduct deep-dive data analysis, identifying trends that drive business decision-making.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to present project findings, operational efficiency proposals, and growth strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-priority operational projects, from conceptualisation and testing to final rollout.
- Assist in the automation of repetitive processes by designing and deploying internal tools, ensuring our systems remain as lean as possible.
- Participate in root-cause analysis sessions to resolve system outages or service disruptions, demonstrating critical thinking under pressure.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop between local market teams and global product managers to ensure user-centric development.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- A degree in any discipline is welcomed; however, candidates with strong quantitative or analytical backgrounds (STEM, Economics, Finance) often thrive.
- You must have achieved (or be on track to achieve) a 2:1 or higher in your undergraduate degree.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Unwavering resilience and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, hyper-growth, and often ambiguous work environment.
- Proven track record of extracurricular leadership, such as university societies, competitive sports, or startup experience.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage given our global footprint.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK without restriction, or be eligible for the Graduate Route visa for the duration of the programme.
- A proactive 'get-it-done' attitude; you are a builder who takes pride in owning projects from start to finish.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our structured 24-month programme is built on the philosophy of 'learning by doing.' You will rotate across three distinct departments, including core operations, product scaling, and business development. Each placement is designed to expose you to different facets of our business, ensuring you develop a holistic understanding of how a global fintech unicorn operates. You will be supported by a dedicated programme manager and a structured curriculum that covers everything from advanced data analytics to leadership and negotiation training.
Beyond formal training, you will be paired with a senior mentor from our leadership team who provides career guidance, long-term strategic advice, and performance coaching. You will also have a 'buddy'—a former graduate who can provide day-to-day support, help you navigate the company culture, and ensure you feel integrated from your first week. We believe that professional development should be continuous, so we also offer a budget for external certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, CFA Level I, or specialist project management qualifications to sharpen your professional toolkit.
