Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our structured 24-month programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-stakes industrial reality. Throughout your journey, you will participate in formal leadership training modules, bespoke workshops, and technical seminars that build both your soft and hard skills. We strongly encourage professional accreditation and will provide full financial support and study leave for relevant qualifications, such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or Prince2 project management certification.
Every graduate is paired with two key support figures: a 'Buddy' (a recent programme alumnus) to help with your day-to-day transition, and a 'Senior Mentor' (a leader within the business) who provides long-term career coaching and networking opportunities. This dual-support structure ensures you are empowered to take risks, challenge the status quo, and develop a professional network that spans the entire Rolls-Royce organisation.
