What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy 5G network infrastructure components.
- Analyze large datasets generated by IoT devices to identify network performance trends and optimize service delivery for enterprise clients.
- Assist in the project management of large-scale technology rollouts, tracking milestones, managing stakeholder communications, and mitigating risks.
- Utilize cloud-based platforms and software-defined networking (SDN) tools to automate manual network configurations.
- Engage with senior technical leads and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring our network protocols meet industry-leading safety and compliance standards.
- Participate in iterative 'Sprint' cycles, contributing to the development of new software features for internal and customer-facing digital platforms.
- Lead on a 'Social Impact Project' during your second year, applying your technical skills to support local community digital initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Degree discipline: STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or Business with a strong focus on Information Technology.
- Academic standing: Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (predicted or achieved).

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month Graduate Programme is structured into three distinct 8-month rotations across our technology, commercial, and operations divisions. This breadth of experience ensures you gain a 360-degree view of how a global telecommunications firm functions, from core network engineering to the customer-facing IoT product development. Throughout your rotations, you will be supported by a comprehensive professional development framework designed to equip you with both technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA) and soft skills essential for management.
To ensure your professional growth, you will be assigned a dedicated 'Buddy' from the previous year’s intake and a Senior Mentor from the leadership team. These relationships provide you with a safe space to discuss your career aspirations, gain insights into the company’s strategic goals, and build a sustainable internal network. Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Competitive Base Salary: £35,000 per annum.
