As a Graduate Technology Analyst, you will join a cohort of high-potential individuals tasked with solving the most complex challenges in modern telecommunications. You will work alongside industry experts, engineers, and data scientists, gaining exposure to the technologies that underpin the UK's digital economy. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of 5G network rollout projects, from initial feasibility studies to live site integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IoT solutions for enterprise clients, including smart agriculture, connected transport, and industrial automation.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI to model network capacity and optimize infrastructure performance.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to present technical findings, project progress updates, and business-value justifications.
- Support the integration of cloud-native network functions (CNFs) within our virtualized infrastructure environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of edge computing applications to ensure low-latency service delivery.
- Work on Agile sprints, contributing to daily stand-ups, retrospective meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Degree qualification (2:1 or above) in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science) or Business with a strong focus on Technology.
- A keen analytical mindset, with the ability to break down complex technical problems into actionable components.
- Demonstrable experience working in a collaborative team environment, either through academic projects or extracurricular activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Passionate about the telecommunications sector and a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies like 5G, AI, and IoT.
- Right to work in the UK without restriction; we are committed to providing visa sponsorship for eligible international graduates under the Skilled Worker route.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our structured 24-month programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Vodafone UK business through a series of four six-month rotations. These placements span areas such as Network Engineering, Product Innovation, Data Strategy, and Cyber Security. This rotational model ensures you build a diverse skillset, enabling you to identify your strengths and career interests in a supportive and structured environment. You will gain hands-on experience, learn from diverse teams, and build a deep professional network across the organization.
Professional development is the cornerstone of our scheme. You will be paired with a senior mentor who will provide strategic career guidance and a dedicated graduate buddy to assist with your integration into our culture. Furthermore, we support your pursuit of formal professional certifications relevant to your stream, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, Cisco CCNA, or professional project management credentials (Prince2/Agile). With our structured learning modules and on-the-job training, you will be well-equipped to transition into a permanent specialist role upon successful completion of the programme.
