Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our structured 24-month programme is designed to accelerate your professional development through a series of four 6-month rotations. Each rotation is carefully selected to expose you to different facets of the business, allowing you to discover where your specific strengths lie. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to study for professional certifications tailored to your career path, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or chartered status through IET or BCS. We take pride in our commitment to lifelong learning and provide the budget and time required to excel.
You will be fully supported by an extensive network, including a dedicated Early Careers buddy—a graduate from a previous intake—to help you settle into the culture. Furthermore, you will be paired with a senior mentor, usually a lead engineer or project director, who will provide strategic career guidance and help you navigate the organisation's complex landscape. Regular check-ins and performance reviews ensure you remain on track to achieve your personal development objectives and prepare for your first permanent role upon completion of the scheme.
