About the Company & Graduate Programme

Deloitte UK is a powerhouse of professional services, sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. With a footprint that spans the globe and deep roots in the UK market, we help our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation, cyber resilience, and data analytics. As an early-career professional here, you will join an ecosystem that values diverse thinking and cutting-edge solutions, working alongside some of the brightest minds to solve the most pressing challenges faced by FTSE 100 companies and government institutions.

Our Graduate Technology Consulting programme is pivotal to our future strategy. We don't just provide solutions; we engineer the future of business. You will be part of a culture that champions continuous learning and inclusion, ensuring that every graduate is empowered to reach their full potential within a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement bespoke digital solutions for high-profile clients.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilise modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and agile delivery methodologies to manage project lifecycles.
  • Perform rigorous data analysis to uncover business insights, using tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Support the development of robust technology architectures, including cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise software integration.
  • Participate in client workshops and presentations, sharpening your professional communication and consultancy skills.
  • Contribute to internal research projects focused on disruptive technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timely delivery against performance KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • Open to applicants from any degree discipline; we value curiosity and the ability to learn over specific subject matter expertise.
  • Minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent predicted grade) in any subject.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to technology, with a natural curiosity for how digital innovation transforms business models.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a hybrid working environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Must hold the right to work in the UK without restriction, or be eligible for a Skilled Worker visa through our sponsorship scheme.
  • Exceptional team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Your 24-month journey begins with a comprehensive induction, followed by rotations across key service lines including Cloud Engineering, Enterprise Technology, and Cyber Risk. This structure ensures you gain a broad perspective of how technology integrates across different business functions. Throughout your time, you will be supported in pursuing industry-recognised certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISA, or PRINCE2, fully funded by the firm.

Learning at Deloitte is not just classroom-based; it is experiential. Every graduate is paired with a dedicated 'Buddy' from the year above to help navigate the early days, and a senior 'Performance Manager' who acts as a mentor throughout your tenure. Regular feedback loops and career mapping sessions ensure your progression is tailored to your individual strengths and ambitions, providing the perfect foundation for a long-term career within the partnership.
