As a Technology Analyst, you will be part of a pivotal intake tasked with delivering high-impact projects that leverage artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data analytics. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement digital roadmaps for FTSE 100 clients.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify operational efficiencies and technological gaps within client infrastructure.
- Engage in the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops to final system deployment and testing.
- Utilise modern tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Assist in the development of project documentation, client-facing presentation decks, and strategic proposals under the guidance of senior managers.
- Actively participate in client meetings, building relationships with stakeholders and managing project workstreams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Contribute to the internal growth of the firm by participating in innovation labs and thought-leadership research on emerging tech trends.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- Open to candidates from any undergraduate degree discipline, though STEM or Business-focused backgrounds are highly valued.
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree classification (achieved or predicted) or equivalent international qualification.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesise large volumes of information into clear, logical outputs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, demonstrating empathy and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- You must hold the legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme; visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates under the Graduate Route or Skilled Worker route.
Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month structured programme is engineered to provide a diverse rotational experience, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of our Technology Consulting practice. Throughout the scheme, you will rotate across different service lines, ranging from Cyber Risk and Cloud Engineering to Data Analytics and Digital Strategy. These placements ensure you develop a breadth of expertise, helping you identify your niche while building a robust professional network across the firm.
To support your technical and professional growth, we fund and mentor you through industry-recognised certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or relevant PRINCE2/Agile practitioner qualifications. You will be assigned a dedicated 'Buddy' from day one—a recent graduate who will guide you through your first months—and a Senior Mentor who will provide long-term career coaching, performance feedback, and support your progression toward a consultant grade upon successful completion of the programme.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package
- Starting base salary of £35,000 per annum, reflecting your contribution to our global client engagements.
- Annual performance-based bonus scheme, typically ranging between 5% and 10% of base salary.
