Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month programme is structured into four distinct six-month rotations, allowing you to gain exposure to different sectors, such as Financial Services, Public Sector, and TMT. This variety ensures you graduate with a well-rounded understanding of how technology transforms different business models. During these rotations, you will have access to a bespoke learning curriculum tailored to your career goals, including support for professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, or TOGAF, funded entirely by Deloitte.
Beyond formal qualifications, your growth is supported by a robust mentorship structure. Upon joining, you will be paired with a dedicated 'Buddy'—a peer from a previous graduate intake—to help you settle into life at the firm. Furthermore, you will be assigned a senior mentor, usually a Manager or Senior Manager, who will guide your career development, help you navigate internal networks, and provide honest feedback on your performance reviews throughout the two-year journey.
