About the Company & Graduate Programme

Deloitte UK stands at the forefront of global professional services, serving as a pillar of influence within the London business landscape and across the UK. By integrating deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology, we help our clients solve their most complex challenges and navigate the future with confidence. Our firm is uniquely positioned at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, making us the partner of choice for FTSE 100 companies and government entities alike.

Our graduate intake is the lifeblood of our organisation, representing the next generation of leadership and technical excellence. This Technology Consulting programme is designed to cultivate innovation, allowing you to work alongside world-class experts on high-impact projects that transform industries. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where early careers talent is empowered to think big, execute with precision, and drive meaningful, sustainable change within the digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to design and deploy bespoke digital transformation strategies for high-profile clients.
  • Utilise modern data analytics tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile project management methodologies to deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in client-facing workshops, stakeholder mapping, and requirements gathering to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct deep-dive market and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights that influence board-level decision-making.
  • Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of technical implementation, from proof-of-concept development to final system architecture handover.
  • Engage with senior partners to present findings, manage project documentation, and ensure rigorous adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Support the integration of emerging technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation—into existing business processes.
  • Contribute to internal firm initiatives, innovation labs, and pro-bono consulting work to broaden your professional network and impact.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • A minimum 2:1 degree classification in any discipline (STEM, Business, Humanities, or Arts) from a recognised university.
  • A natural aptitude for complex problem-solving and a logical, analytical approach to unstructured challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, valuing inclusive perspectives and collective success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into clear, impactful business narratives.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn emerging technologies and adapt to fast-paced, changing environments.
  • A commitment to professional integrity and the ability to operate effectively under the pressure of tight client deadlines.
  • Must hold the right to work in the UK without restriction, or satisfy the requirements for a graduate-sponsored visa route.
  • A keen interest in the intersection of business and technology, with a desire to build a career in professional services consulting.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Your professional development begins with an immersive induction programme designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world consultancy. Throughout the 24-month programme, you will undertake two or three rotational placements across our core technology practice areas, such as Digital Transformation, Cyber Risk, or Data Analytics. This variety ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of our service lines while building a robust internal network.

We provide extensive support to help you achieve industry-recognised certifications—such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or PRINCE2. You will be assigned a dedicated 'Buddy' from your initial cohort and a 'Career Coach' from our senior leadership team who will guide your professional trajectory, offer career progression advice, and assist you in identifying opportunities that align with your long-term ambitions.

Salary, Bonus & Benefits Package

  • Competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum, reviewable on a performance-based annual cycle.
  • Performance-related bonus scheme reflecting individual and firm-wide success.
