Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Over the course of this 24-month structured programme, you will rotate through specialized Tax Technology pods. These rotations are designed to give you a 360-degree view of how technology facilitates financial advisory. During your first year, you will balance client work with formal training modules. We provide full sponsorship and study leave for professional qualifications such as the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) or the ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians), ensuring you build a robust academic foundation to match your hands-on experience.
Development is core to our philosophy. Upon joining, you will be paired with a 'buddy'—a recent graduate from the previous cohort—and a senior mentor from our leadership team. This dual-support structure ensures you have the peer guidance necessary for day-to-day challenges and the strategic oversight required for long-term career planning. Regular 'Lunch and Learn' sessions with partners and technical workshops on the latest fintech trends will further accelerate your progression within the firm.
