Our Graduate Programme is the cornerstone of our future talent strategy. We invest heavily in our graduate intake, viewing early-careers talent as the driving force behind our innovative culture. Joining our London headquarters, you will work alongside industry-leading consultants, security experts, and enterprise architects, directly shaping high-impact solutions for globally recognized clients while building a future-proof technology career.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to assess client security architectures, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Design and deliver cloud-native security frameworks across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Analyze complex IT operations, business processes, and tech stacks to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics, Python, and SQL to evaluate threat intelligence feeds and conduct quantitative risk assessments.
  • Prepare and present high-quality client deliverables, technical documentation, and executive summaries for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Participate in incident response simulations and cyber resilience maturity assessments for financial institutions and critical national infrastructure.
  • Support agile software development processes and API integrations across client enterprise platforms.
  • Facilitate interactive client workshops aimed at mapping out modern technology roadmaps and zero-trust security postures.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • Achieved or expecting a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline (STEM, Business, Computer Science, or Humanities welcome).
  • A strong passion for emerging technologies, digital disruption, cyber security trends, and business strategy.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with an ability to break down complex technical problems into structured, actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for consulting senior business leaders.
  • Strong team-working capabilities and adaptability in fast-paced, multi-project consulting environments.
  • Proven self-starter attitude with a track record of taking initiative through university projects, societies, or extracurriculars.
  • Right-to-work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants upon assessment).
