About the Company & Graduate Programme

Deloitte UK stands at the forefront of the professional services industry, acting as a trusted advisor to the world’s most influential organisations. With a significant footprint across the United Kingdom, we leverage our global network to deliver cutting-edge solutions in Audit, Consulting, Risk Advisory, and Financial Advisory. Our culture is built upon innovation, inclusion, and the relentless pursuit of excellence, providing an environment where your curiosity is rewarded, and your professional growth is prioritised through high-stakes client engagement.

This graduate intake is pivotal to our strategy of embedding digital transformation across every facet of our clients' businesses. As a Technology Consulting Graduate Analyst, you will be joining a dynamic cohort tasked with solving complex problems in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Our early careers focus ensures that you receive the mentorship, resources, and technical training necessary to transition from a high-achieving student to a confident consultant capable of leading conversations in the boardroom and delivering impactful results for our diverse client base.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify client pain points and design robust, scalable technology solutions.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-level software, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-driven business tools.
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making for FTSE 100 and public sector clients.
  • Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and technical design to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Utilise modern development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to streamline project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality project documentation, presentations, and client-facing deliverables that articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Engage in cross-service line initiatives, gaining exposure to risk advisory and financial modelling to provide holistic service delivery.
  • Continuously upskill in emerging technologies, including data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and automation software.

Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility

  • A 2:1 degree (predicted or obtained) in any discipline, with a strong interest in technology and digital business transformation.
  • Demonstrable analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and logic-based reasoning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, high-performing teams to achieve collective project milestones.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the agility to learn new software, platforms, and methodologies quickly in a client-led environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development, taking ownership of your career trajectory.
  • Right to work in the UK without restriction; please note that we offer sponsorship for the Skilled Worker visa for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work under pressure, adhering to professional standards and tight project deadlines.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship

Your 24-month journey on our graduate programme is structured to provide breadth and depth. You will undertake two to three rotational placements across different technology sectors, such as Cloud Engineering, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation. This ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of how Deloitte operates while discovering the specific technical niche that aligns with your strengths and interests. Throughout each rotation, you will be supported by a structured curriculum designed to build your core consulting competencies alongside technical expertise.

Beyond formal training, you will be paired with a dedicated buddy (usually a peer) and a senior mentor. Your buddy will help you navigate the nuances of firm life, while your senior mentor will guide your long-term career aspirations and development goals. We invest heavily in your professional qualifications, providing funding and study leave for industry-recognised certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified professional status, or CIMA/ACCA depending on your specific career pathway within our practice.
