Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month Graduate Programme is meticulously designed to provide a broad foundation in technology consulting. You will participate in structured rotations across three distinct pillars: Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, and Data & Analytics. These rotations ensure you gain a comprehensive understanding of how different technology functions integrate within a modern business environment. You will receive extensive training, including technical bootcamps, and full financial support to attain globally recognised professional qualifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or CISSP, depending on your chosen specialisation.
Beyond technical training, we prioritise your holistic development through a robust support framework. You will be paired with a dedicated 'buddy'—a recent graduate who has been in your shoes—to help you navigate your first few months. Additionally, you will have a senior mentor who provides ongoing career coaching, performance feedback, and support with career progression planning. We foster a culture of lifelong learning, ensuring that you have access to a wealth of digital resources, masterclasses, and networking opportunities throughout your tenure at PwC.
