Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 18-month structured programme provides a holistic development pathway. You will rotate through three distinct areas of the business, allowing you to gain breadth in your understanding of how a major telco operates while narrowing down your specialisation. Throughout this journey, we provide comprehensive training, including support for professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, or Prince2, depending on your rotational path.
Support is the cornerstone of our programme. You will be paired with a dedicated 'Graduate Buddy'—a recent alumni of the scheme—to assist with your daily integration. Additionally, you will have regular one-to-one access to a senior mentor, usually at the Director or Head of Function level, who will guide your long-term career trajectory and help you build your professional network within the organisation.
