What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to design and deploy scalable cloud-native architectures for our enterprise clients.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our nationwide 5G mobile network, utilising data analytics to improve signal performance and latency.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project milestones.
- Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycles using Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Work alongside cybersecurity experts to identify, mitigate, and monitor emerging digital threats to our critical national infrastructure.
- Support the migration of legacy hardware systems to modern, software-defined network (SDN) solutions.
- Contribute to innovative research and development projects aimed at exploring 6G potential and artificial intelligence integration.
Who We Are Looking For & Candidate Eligibility
- A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields).
- A demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and a drive to understand the 'how' and 'why' behind global connectivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to build rapport across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Resilience and a pro-active growth mindset, showing willingness to adapt as the business evolves.

Graduate Training, Rotations & Mentorship
Our 24-month programme is structured into four six-month rotations, ensuring you gain a holistic understanding of our business. You will rotate through core areas such as Networks, Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation. This breadth allows you to discover your strengths and preferred career path while contributing to mission-critical projects that keep the nation running.
We are committed to your professional growth. Throughout the programme, you will be paired with a dedicated senior mentor who will guide your career trajectory and a 'buddy' from a previous cohort to help with your transition. We fully fund relevant industry-recognised certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or CompTIA Security+, ensuring you are qualified and equipped to excel in your chosen specialism.

- Competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum, with a performance-linked annual bonus scheme.
